Is delivery included?

Delivery is included for full truckload-sized orders only, up to 100 miles from our location. For orders under a truckload or beyond 100 miles, we use a third-party logistics company for delivery at an additional cost.

If I need less than a full load, can I arrange to have my pallets picked up?

Absolutely! Once the order is placed, we will reach out to you with a pickup date and instructions.

Do you have a minimum purchase quantity?

Yes, we require a minimum purchase of 50 pallets. Additionally, if you order multiple custom-sized pallets, we require a minimum of 50 per size.

Can you provide pallets that are approved for overseas shipping?

Yes, we can heat-treat and stamp our pallets, which is required for overseas shipping. If you need stamped lumber, we can also provide heat-treated dunnage with a stamp.

Do you buy pallets?

Yes, we will pay for repairable 48x40 wood pallets. We accept other sizes but do not pay for them. We pick up pallets in truckload quantities only. For example, we can fit between 400 and 500 48x40 pallets on a truck. For businesses, we mail checks between the second and third week of the following month.

Can I drop pallets off and get paid?

Yes, we accept repairable 48x40 pallets only. We prefer a minimum of 100 pallets delivered at a time. You will need to wait for pallets to be unloaded and sorted before our accounting office can issue a check.

We can usually fill a truck in 1-2 weeks. Can you drop a trailer off at our location and pick it up when it's full?

Yes, we can drop off a trailer or provide one for a live load when you are ready. If it takes more than two weeks between pickups, we prefer live loads.
